April 25, 2026, join the Monroe Historical Society and celebrate our 50th anniversary. Founding Board Member Marg Ohlsen will share memories of the early days of the nonprofit organization that was created in February of 1976. Marg still serves on the board today, A slide show will accompany the presentation. We will also have a brief panel discussion with a current graduating senior and members of the Class of 1976. Please bring your own memories or photos to share. The program will be at the Sno-Isle Library in Monroe and will begin at 2pm.
