The Monroe Schools Student Body in 1913

This panorama Monroe School Students by Erich Martin is one of several he took in 1913 in front of the original Grammar Schools Buildings that were located on the southeast corner of Ferry and Fremont Streets, which is today the site of Old Central School. Click on the above thumbnail to see a full-size version (417k). An original print of a similar photo that he probably took the same day hangs in the museum in the school display. (The society has three different prints of this photo, #377.) Another panorama (#865) taken in 1913 is of the Monroe High School student body in front of the Monroe Union High School.
